Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during product launches, restocks, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Made-to-Order Items
Some KODO products are made to order. These items are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Made-to-order products may require up to 30–40 days for production, fulfillment, and delivery. Estimated timelines may vary depending on production schedules, material availability, and shipping carrier transit times.
If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are ready unless otherwise specified.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, as made-to-order production helps us reduce waste and maintain a more intentional approach to manufacturing.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by their local government. KODO is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, KODO is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
Order Changes and Cancellations
