Returns, Exchanges, and Order Issues

All Sales Final

Due to the limited nature of our releases and made-to-order production model, all sales are final. KODO does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your order details, sizing information, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take pride in the quality of our products and fulfillment process. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our behalf, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem, if applicable

Each case will be reviewed individually. If the issue is determined to be the result of an error on our part, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item, store credit, repair, or another reasonable remedy at our discretion.

Refused Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

KODO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
